Join Mario Batali and Tasting Table for a five-course dinner featuring the two cuisines that anchor the Mediterranean: Spain and Italy.
Dishes will be prepared by the countries' greatest practitioners. Cooking for Spain will be Anthony Sasso (Tapas Bar at La Sirena, Casa Mono) and Jonah Miller (Huertas). For Italy, Josh Laurano (La Sirena) will cook alongside Sara Jenkins (Nina June, Porsena).
Italian pastry will be made by La Sirena's Executive Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic. Thea's mentor, Michael Laiskonis will demonstrate his mastery for Spanish confections.
